Balcones Recycling is seeking an office/traffic manager for their Dallas office. This role will support both the recycling and the shredding divisions. You must be punctual, a team player, able to multi-task with ease, willing to wear multiple hats, a problem solver, and a quick learner. This position is in charge of the day to day operations of the Dallas office. This includes but is not limited to answering and directing phone calls, scheduling services, invoicing, light hr duties, maintaining and updating customer information, data entry, generating reports, assisting the sales team, and providing general admin support to those in the office.

Requirements for the job include:

-2+ years experience in office administration, human resources, accounting, and/or customer service
-Bilingual in English and Spanish
-Associates Degree or higher
-proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred but not required:
-Experience in document destruction or recycling industry
-Familiar with EZShred and/or ACT!

Salary is commensurate to experience. Benefits include health and dental insurance, paid vacation, and 401K.
